To mark this exciting milestone, we’re recruiting **Product Specialists** who can deliver a customer experience as exceptional as our new showrooms and vehicle ranges.

**What is a Product Specialist?**:
Think of yourself as a guide; a brand ambassador. The person who makes a customer’s journey memorable, exciting and simple.
In this role, you will:
- Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing both Donnelly Group and VW, Cupra or Škoda
- Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles
- Become an expert in VW, CUPRA & ŠKODA full model ranges
- Deliver personalised experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours
- Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise

- Understand customer behaviour to create memorable experiences
After completing the 4-week training programme, you’ll be ready to welcome customers into our new showroom — with continuous development and support as you progress in your career.

- Right to Work in the UK
- Full Valid Drivers Licence
- Educated to GCSE level with 5 passes to include English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
