Job Description:

Position : Technical Training Specialist

Location : Dungannon

Reporting to : Technical Training Manager

Reporting to the Service Training Manager, this role will perform a variety of Engineering, Training and Dealer support related tasks in the planning, development of new and current documentation and processes.

Responsibilities:

· Using your specialist knowledge to prepare documents and guides that can be easily understood

· Develop and adapt Training Material that is required for external and internal training

· Dealer Portal revitalization with relevant Training and Technical information.

· Support the Helpdesk & Field Delivery Aftersales Teams should the need arise.

· Testing and proving new material with Team Members

· There will be a requirement for scheduled travel which will involve Overseas.

· Previous experience of Training Delivery is desirable though not essential.

· Ability to plan, organize and deliver Technical Documents with a high degree of detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication skills both written and oral

· Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)

· Have excellent presentational and facilitation skills

· Have a good working knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic principles

· Excellent listening skills

· Excellent hands on skills using diagnostic tools and the ability to demonstrate logical thought processes.

Essential Knowledge and Qualifications:

· Third level education would be preferable in Engineering, but not essential

· Knowledge and understanding of Mobile Screening and Crushing.

· Full UK Driving License and passport

· Ability to work within a team

· Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities

· Ability to manage multiple products and tasks as required to meet demanding Internal and Dealer deadlines.

· Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust

· A person should be organised and methodical
