We are excited to share a new Legal Secretary position in a prime London location, with a working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. This role is with a leading US law firm, supporting their Finance group.

Details:

Location: (London)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in 2 WFH

Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience

Role Overview: They seek a highly experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have billing experience and will be working within a similar law firm as a secretary to support senior partners and fee earners.

Key details of the role include:

  • Document-heavy, transactional responsibilities where attention to detail and proactive support are essential

  • Diary management

  • Travel arrangements

  • Preparation of client correspondence

Qualifications:

·Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a busy law firm.

·Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
