Legal Secretary to a Partner- Leading US Law FirmLocation: Central London (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH)Salary: up to £60,000 plus bonus/benefitsType: PermanentWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and rapidly growing US law firm, which is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a Private Client partner their high-performing team in London on a permanent basis.This exciting opportunity will see you supporting a Senior Partner within the firm’s Private Clients team, making prior experience in corporate law essential.Key Responsibilities:·Proactive diary management and scheduling·Coordinating complex travel arrangements·Opening and maintaining client files·Compiling and formatting legal documentation·Supporting business development and marketing initiatives·Preparing and processing billing guides·Managing and updating internal databasesCandidate Profile:To be successful in this role, you will need:·Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law practice·Strong organisational and time management skills·A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills·The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to an advanced level·A positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detailApplication Process: For further information and to apply, please submit your CV.
