Sales Executive
who understands the complexity and opportunity in
post-trade automation

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute new business across
    buyside firms
    , including asset managers, hedge funds, and service providers.
  • Engage senior stakeholders (COOs, Heads of Operations, Technology, and Change).
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach to close — supported by strong pre-sales and marketing teams.
  • Position complex post-trade solutions clearly and consultatively, solving real operational pain points.
  • Act as the market voice within the business — feeding insight back into product strategy and client engagement.

Your Profile

  • 5–10 years of
    enterprise sales
    experience within
    Post-Trade, Reconciliation, Settlement, or Operations Tech
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    buyside workflows
    (front-to-back connectivity, ops efficiency, data control).
  • Proven track record closing complex B2B deals.
  • Strong communication skills and consultative approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in growth-stage, high-accountability environments.
