Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement across multiple online platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a broad skill set within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of our restaurant.

Duties

  • Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise website content.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create compelling copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Design visual content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance for internal review meetings.

Skills

  • Proven experience in management, project management, and leadership within a digital marketing context.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Technical expertise in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about digital marketing who thrives in a collaborative environment dedicated to innovation and growth.
