Digital Marketer (Part-Time) – Job DescriptionJob Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive engagement across multiple online platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques to make a significant impact within our organisation.

Work Schedule (21 hours per week)

Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, PPC, content marketing).
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and increase online visibility.
  • Conduct SEO audits and optimise website content using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Analyse website traffic and campaign metrics using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to guide decision-making.
  • Create engaging, high-quality copy for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Oversee social media activities: content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives, focusing on targeted strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Use email marketing platforms to nurture leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Prepare visually engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and client meetings.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with strong management, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, adaptable for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing and effective client communication.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
