- We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who is creative and has a very positive attitude to all tasks. This person would help build our brand online and support our growing marketing department. From content creation to campaign management, you’ll be working closely with our marketing manager to help manage our social media accounts, work with influencers and agency partners to inspire our customers and drive sales; both in the UK and other markets around the world. **Responsibilities Include**:

- Working with the marketing manager and external teams to produce high quality content
- Writing compelling copy for use in marketing on our websites and social media
- Responding to and engaging with our followers on social media.
- Building and managing relationships with influencers to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns against agreed KPIs
- Working with internal and external teams (design, content, advertising, sales) to implement campaigns
- Assisting in preparing and planning for trade shows and exhibitions
- Keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends
- Manage your own list of key accounts developing the customer relationship and value.
- Advising customers on products and answering customer service enquiries.

**The right person for the job**

We are looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience in a previous marketing role or similar
- Good understanding of core marketing principles
- Working knowledge of tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Business suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong creative skills - you recognise what would make interesting and engaging content
- Strong organisational skills - You are highly organised, pay strong attention to detail and thorough
- Background in design and copywriting is desirable
- A real team player, we pull together and make it happen
- Highly motivated energised and hungry to achieve great things - we are an ambitious team

Full ongoing training, support and development from the management team and director’s is provided.
Based in Beverley the working hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am - 4pm Fridays.
