About The Role

  • The Team Assistant plays an important role in enabling our leaders to perform in their roles efficiently through providing effective administrative support
  • The successful candidate may support multiple senior leaders, generally within one business area and report into one of those senior leaders

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative assistance to the leadership team
  • Manage expenses, budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning
  • Handle invoices and raise purchase orders as required, dealing with any issues that may arise
  • Plan and manage travel arrangements for leadership team, liaising with relevant internal and external parties for flights, hotels etc.
  • Support the logistical onboarding of new team members.  Providing buddy support to new starters in the team, guiding them through processes and systems
  • Provide project support by coordinating tasks, resources and deadlines
  • Assist with the logistics for meetings conferences and events, as necessary (visitors and room bookings, researching venues)

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven track record in effective communication
  • Able to work at pace, navigate complexity and solve problems
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidentiality, recognising the level of stakeholder interaction within the role
  • Good IT skills including advanced Microsoft Office application usage
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, working with tight deadlines whilst maintaining an excellent eye for detail
