We're looking for a
Learning & Development Advisor
to join our
Strategic Operations team
, focusing on the development of our
Customer Experience (CX), Safer Gambling, and Risk
teams across the UK, Italy, Spain, Denmark, and Sweden.

What You'll Be Doing
As an L&D Advisor at tombola, you'll take ownership of designing, delivering, and improving training programmes that truly make a difference. You'll:

  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences (both remote and in person) for new starters across CX, SG & Risk.
  • Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify learning needs and create impactful solutions.
  • Develop creative, interactive training materials tailored to different learning styles.
  • Keep training resources up to date on SharePoint, Rise and iLearn platforms.
  • Support ongoing learning and development, helping teams stay ahead on new games, systems, and best practice.
  • Maintain accurate training records, report on learning stats, and evaluate the success of programmes.
  • Lead with curiosity and empathy – you'll coach, support and inspire individuals to perform at their best.

You'll also be a key voice in
continuous improvement
, helping shape how we communicate, learn, and grow together across tombola's operational teams.

What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience delivering training to individuals and groups (ideally in CX or operational environments).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for making complex ideas simple and engaging.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset — you enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Adaptability and initiative to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of responsible gambling (Safeplay) practices and a passion for supporting player wellbeing.
  • Flexibility to occasionally support a 24/7 operation, including some evenings or weekends if needed.
