Pukka Pads are looking for a highly motivated and driven Product Coordinator to join our team in Poole.

This role will be based full time from our office in Poole working Monday to Friday, 8:50am to 5:00pm.

What will I be responsible for?

As our Product Coordinator, you will manage product development projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, budget spend and regulatory requirements are met. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new revenue growth and executing launches into new markets.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Conducting market research and reviewing industry trends

· Working closely with the design team to build range concepts

· Liaising with our sourcing offices to build accurate pricing and project spend

· Creating new project proposals and pitching to Product Director for review

· Reviewing product lifecycles of existing ranges, making suggestions for improvements to design and stock teams ahead of reorders

· Conducting annual range reviews alongside Purchasing Coordinator for approval by directors

· Working closely with the compliance coordinator to identify and manage risks to product compliance within the global supply chain

· Maintaining accurate records of all products for wider business accessibility

· Managing catalogue rotations together with the design team

· Working with the design team to create presentations of new ranges for sales and marketing

What skills should I have?

· Relevant experience working in a product related role

· Exceptional (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build and maintain business relationships.

· Both creative and commercial understanding to maximise product success

· Highly skilled in Microsoft suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.

· Passion for following the latest trends; colours, patterns and lifestyle.

· Excellent time management

· A dependable team player with strong integrity, a sense of urgency and accountability.

· A good level of presentation skills for internal stakeholders.
