We have partnered exclusively with a growing, global technology company in the Software Development space, specifically within the entertainment industry. We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our projects. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on continuous process improvement.

The Role

You will be the central figure in ensuring the timely delivery, resource alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, QA, Development, and Support teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines. You will also coordinate internal teams facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, and track progress, manage risks, and escalate blockers
  • Providing regular internal updates to key stakeholders, including the COO and Product team, and ensuring alignment between delivery teams and product priorities. You will also support internal readiness for demos, releases, and handovers.
  • Maintaining project documentation such as RAID logs and change requests. This also involves supporting UAT planning and ensuring readiness for release, as well as collaborating with QA and the Technical Author to maintain quality and documentation standards.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to delivery processes and agile practices and supporting the evolution of structured release cycles and delivery metrics.

  • Proven experience in project or delivery management within agile environments.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other project planning tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
