Marketing Manager
to enhance our client's brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support global growth.

The Role:

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be the core of marketing efforts, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across global markets. This hands-on role oversees everything from content creation and campaign management to internal communications and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events, ensuring they align with business objectives. Track campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report on reach and impact.
  • Create compelling content for websites, social media, press releases, newsletters, and email bulletins. Translate complex, technical product features into clear, customer-focused benefits. You will ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), planning posts, monitoring engagement, and optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Coordinate internal communications, including company news and product updates. Develop sales enablement materials like case studies, brochures, and pitch decks. Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements to effectively communicate our value proposition.

  • Demonstrated ability to align marketing plans and campaigns directly with broader business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and ensure brand consistency.
  • Proven experience in running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Highly skilled in writing, editing, and visual content development, and familiar with design tools, CMS, and email marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Design teams to deliver integrated messaging.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines efficiently.
