Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 20 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects to global organizations.
- Experience working in the financial industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience with data and analytics systems and implementations, and leading cloud-based transformation programs and software development solutions.
- Experience working with new/emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and enterprise technology transformation space.
- Ability to manage across matrixed teams and people to exceed 100+ employees and partner teams.
- Ability to influence partners, customer executives, and product teams throughout the governance process, change management, stakeholder alignment, and acquisition of talent to drive success.
About The Job
Google Cloud Professional Services exists to bring specialist expertise around Google Cloud products, services, and the supporting practices which make their adoption successful. On this team, you'll engage directly with customers and key Google partners to deliver, design, build, and advise customers on the best way to transition to Google Cloud. As a Professional Services Delivery Director, you will specialize in the program management, governance, and orchestration of large-scale cloud transformations. This will involve supporting both customers and internal teams from pre-business through to delivery and execution of the joint Google Cloud/Customer transformation program.

Responsibilities
- Articulate and enable the path to digital transformation, new technology adoption, and cloud transformation for strategic pursuits including workload prioritization, organizational and cultural readiness, new capability adoption, and goal clarification for the customer.
- Maintain key accountability into the customer at board/executive-level to ensure the program realizes financial benefits, business objectives, and transformational outcomes.
- Define the overall governance model and services delivery plan for the customer and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
- Lead the delivery of multi-functional, large-scale Google Cloud transformation projects where Google is prioritized, and manage a partner ecosystem (product and services).
- Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the customer and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
