Position Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional with strong knowledge of the retail, industrial, and office sectors. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and supporting CCS's growth in UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail, industrial, and office sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and operational leads.
  • Respond to leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor relevant tenders and collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations for prospective clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Work closely with pricing and operations teams to develop customized cleaning solutions.

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in cleaning or facility services.
  • Solution-driven sales professional connecting cleaning services with customer-focused outcomes approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to represent CCS values across all levels.
  • Flexible with working hours and travel.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to engage and inspire clients across diverse sectors.
