Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for B2B sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing new business opportunities across your assigned territory. This position is ideal for someone with a background as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Representative, or Territory Sales professional.
Your primary focus will be identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in retail, wholesale, and distribution sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Present and demonstrate vaping products to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and market insights using CRM and IT tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Manage your schedule effectively to balance travel, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B field sales or similar role (e.g., Account Manager, Territory Sales, Business Development).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with IT tools and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Previous experience in the vape industry, FMCG, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
