Your Role as Facilities Administrator
You will be at the heart of our client's facilities operations, managing their cutting-edge CAFM system (ServiceNow) to enhance the delivery of workplace services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating efficient workflows and transforming data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and administer the CAFM system, ensuring it is consistently updated, accurate, and aligned with organisational needs.
● Manage and maintain the integrity of facilities data, including the asset database.
● Produce insightful reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as space utilisation, maintenance activities, and costs.
● Serve as the main point of contact for the Workplace Services team, co-ordinating system updates and changes.
● Support and lead facilities-related projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
● Analyse complex data sets to provide recommendations that improve efficiency and inform strategic planning.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications and Skills:
● Proven experience as a Facilities Administrator or in a similar position.
● Proficiency with a CAFM system is essential (e.g., ServiceNow, Concept FSI, Maximo).
● Strong analytical abilities, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
● Experience creating reports and using analytics tools (ServiceNow, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous).
● Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (including formulae, pivot tables, and data management).
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● A positive, professional and technology-literate approach, with a willingness to learn new systems.
