Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding sales channels, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for British Version coffee products. This role plays a key part in scaling our brand and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distribution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Develop sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close commercial deals
  • Support the launch of new products and expansion into new markets
  • Collaborate with marketing to align business development activities with brand strategy
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Background in FMCG, food & beverage, or coffee industry (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple projects
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
