Due to an internal promotion, we're now on the lookout for our next SDR Manager This is an exciting opportunity to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing SDR function at a company that's transforming the way recruiters work, through AI and automation.


Day in the Life
  • Lead, mentor, and develop our talented SDR team in EMEA.
  • Drive outbound strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to hit ambitious targets.
  • Build and refine processes that fuel growth.

Who You Are
  • Proven track record managing SDRs/BDRs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for coaching and developing top talent.
  • Strong operational and strategic mindset.
  • Desire to be part of a scaling SaaS company with big ambitions.
  • Commutable to a London office.
