What's the Role?

As an
Influencer Community Associate

, you'll play a key role in supporting our influencer community and helping expand the Sway Me Good network. Reporting into the
Head of Growth

and
Influencer Community Lead

, you'll work across recruitment, community engagement, education, and event coordination. This is an
entry-level hybrid role

, requiring two in-office days per week (Monday & Wednesday, office location in Dunstable).

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new influencers to the Sway Me Good platform.
  • Identify the right paid partnership and affiliate opportunities for influencers and brands.
  • Support influencers as they navigate Sway Me Good, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Educate creators on how to best use the platform and maximise their earning potential.
  • Assist in organising events from small gatherings with high-value influencers to larger launch parties and community activations.
  • Create educational and promotional content for our influencer community (e.g., social media posts, short videos, tutorials).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to drive community growth and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Passion for social media, influencer culture, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of key social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to think creatively when solving problems.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, HubSpot, and social media management platforms is appreciated but not required — we'll provide full training.
  • Curious, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
