Your Role, Your Impact

As an
Associate Director
, you will manage a dynamic portfolio across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Essex, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Lead and inspire a team of property managers, fostering their growth through regular performance reviews, feedback, and coaching. Drive success by ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved, while creating a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Lead cross-functional meetings to set and review portfolio priorities, focusing on process improvements.
  • Drive service innovation and promote a culture of service excellence across the team.
  • Lead business development efforts, including sales meetings, presentations, and bids for growth and profitability.
  • Oversee Property Manager action plans, managing risks and implementing corrective actions for at-risk schemes.
  • Conduct regular site audits and monitor KPIs to ensure standards are met across the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures, addressing any non-compliance issues.
  • Manage escalated complaints, providing resolutions and handling major legal matters with support from the legal team.
  • Proactively manage contractors and consultants to ensure efficient project completion within scope and specification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Property management professional with experience in managing a multi-property portfolio.
  • Inspirational leader with experience in managing teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Confident and articulate communicator, able to build relationships with diverse customers and clients.
  • Resolution-focused with a creative approach to problem-solving and effective issue resolution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety regulations, building safety, and Leasehold management principles.
