Business Development Manager – Complex Care

Salary: Up to £55,000 + £20,000 OTE + Travel Allowance

Location: Wiltshire, Berkshire & Hampshire (with some London travel)

Contract: Full-time, Hybrid (Home + Field + Office Days)

Sentra Care is proud to partner with a leading provider of Complex Care in the community as they expand their Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinically trained professional (RGN, Physio, OT) who wants to move into a commercially focused role—no previous sales experience required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with commissioners and external stakeholders
  • Identify and secure new complex care packages and opportunities for service expansion
  • Work with internal clinical and operational teams to mobilise new care packages smoothly
  • Attend commissioner meetings, MDTs and case discussions to support personalised care planning
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, support bid activity, and contribute to marketing/networking initiatives
  • Represent the organisation across Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire and occasionally London

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who brings clinical expertise and strong communication skills, similar to the thriving professionals in the role today.

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RCN), Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in Complex Care, Brain Injury, Critical Care or comparable high-acuity environments
  • A strong communicator confident in clinical and non-clinical conversations
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own diary and build professional relationships
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK (cannot offer Skilled Worker sponsorship)

Desirable

  • Experience in community settings or care coordination
  • Understanding of commissioning pathways, ICBs, CHC, or package mobilisation
  • Exposure to cross-functional work (clinical + operational + strategy)
