Part-Time Chef – No Evenings, No Split Shifts

We're growing our team Our family-run garden centre restaurant has recently expanded from a cosy 60 seats to a spacious 150, and we're looking for a passionate and reliable Part-Time Chef to join us.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised prep area
  • Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, including equipment care
  • Work closely with the team to ensure efficient, friendly service

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferred but not essential)
  • Calm, capable, and organised in a busy environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A genuine love for cooking and quality food

Hours & Rota

  • Alternate weekends:
  • Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Sunday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
  • Additional shifts will be available

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Chef/Cook (preferred)
  • English language skills (required)
  • UK work authorisation (required)
  • Driving licence (required)
