Global Multi-sector Recruitment Consultancy 

Salary: £70K-£120K base + Bonus + Benefits

This is a rare opportunity to immediately become a National Recruitment Director with one of the largest Recruitment consultancies in the world.

Over the past couple of years, the company have been collecting data to see where to invest their funds and which new divisions to grow based on existing client demand and growth sectors and it has become apparent that specialist niche Technology recruitment is leading the way, therefore they are establishing specialist nationwide niches in a variety of burgeoning Tech market sectors.

5 years ago, their Technology division was just 2% of the total revenue for the group, it is now over 30% and the most profitable area. The investment for futureproofing the business  is significant, £200m has been pledged to make the IT divisions a global success and the No1 in the world.

On top of this, the company has also invested 10s of millions of pounds on new products to assist consultants including a bespoke database, salesforce and a one-touch system with approachability algorithms.

This role is a mix of:

70% : People management

30% :  Client sales development

There are 45-50 Direct reports.
