We are currently recruiting for a newly created Operations Director role for a client side organisation who are a well established and successful real estate investment group.

As the Group's pipeline of projects continues to grow, they recognise now is the ideal moment to further strengthen their in-house team in the UK with the addition of an Operations Director to support the CEO.

ROLE - To lead mobilisation and operational management of UK Living assets.

  • Strategy:
    Deliver the property, estate, and asset management strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Managing Agents:
    Appoint and oversee agents to ensure quality, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Operations:
    Resolve legacy issues and drive efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Reporting:
    Lead financial and operational reporting for stakeholders and investors.
  • Finance:
    Manage budgets, forecasts, and service charges to maximise value.
  • Mobilisation:
    Oversee seamless handover of new developments into operation.
  • Innovation:
    Drive tech and sustainability initiatives to boost efficiency and ESG.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to the Building Safety Act and maintain the Golden Thread.
  • Stakeholders
    : Act as key contact for investors, residents, and partners
  • Leadership:
    Build a high-performing team and manage risk, insurance, and continuity.

REQUIRED SKILL SET

  • Experienced senior professional in PBSA, Co-Living, and BTR, across client-side, consultancy, or managing agent roles.
  • Balances strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery.
  • Strong technical, commercial, and leadership capability with full P&L responsibility.
  • Skilled in team management, stakeholder engagement, and performance delivery.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with proven budgeting and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of asset management, OPEX control, and FM/agent oversight.
  • Familiar with Building Safety Act compliance and governance standards.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and digitally literate with excellent communication
