This year, we're embarking on a mission for health innovation by venturing into mobile health app development. Our goal is to engage with our service users, clients and customers. We need a visionary like you to help us achieve our goals.

We're seeking a dynamic, experienced Mobile App Manager who can develop and execute a robust mobile app system and strategy to deliver seamless services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with the lead developer and designer.
  • Keep track of the required app features as they evolve and plan their implementation with the development team, focusing on meeting customer needs.
  • Own and manage the app's wireframe and other essential documents. Gather feedback from potential customers and ensure it is incorporated into the project as appropriate.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional team members, including the app developer, designer, technical director, marketing, and customer support.
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage team meetings including ensuring all actions are captured, progressed and completed.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal project-related communications.
