Role: Power Apps Support Engineer

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Power Apps Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance business-critical applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing fixes, and optimizing app performance in alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to connectors, data sources, flows, and permissions.
  • Managea pp enhancements, performance tuning, and defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain documentation, release notes, and change logs.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and environment management practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Microsoft 365 connectors.
  • Experience in debugging, app lifecycle management (ALM), and monitoring using Power Platform Admin Center.
