We are supporting Welldone Consulting in their search for a founding Head of Delivery. This is a unique opportunity to establish, shape, and grow a business at the forefront of accessible mobile app consulting in the UK.

Role Purpose

The Head of Delivery will:

• Lead client engagements from initial contact to completion.
• Develop frameworks for delivery and build an associate consultant model.
• Serve as the public face and thought leader for the consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement

• Act as the main point of contact through project lifecycles.
• Gather client requirements and develop actionable strategies.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and timelines for clients with key knowledge of fair pricing and reasonable profitability of projects to ensure the best level of work can be output.

Project Delivery

• Manage mobile app accessibility projects (iOS/Android) to completion.
• Collaborate with a network of engineers and specialists – ensuring they are supported in their delivery and not left burning out or feeling alone.
• Mentor and grow Welldone's associate network.

Leadership and Advocacy

• Represent Welldone at events, panels, and through industry thought leadership.
• Build long-term client relationships focused on accessibility ROI.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in consultancy, digital agency, or delivery leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development (iOS/Android) from a delivery perspective or have a hands-on background moving into leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools like Jira and Trello.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.

Desirable

• Experience with digital and mobile accessibility.
• Technical understanding of mobile frameworks, APIs, and accessibility tools.
• Experience in business development or pre-sales.
• Industry advocacy, public speaking, or community involvement.
