We are now recruiting for a
Vehicle Co-ordinator
to join our Bodyshop department.

You will carry out all duties in relation to the smooth running of the Bodyshop reception area through an effective check in and out process. This will involve dealing with all customer requirements (internal & external) in a professional manner, and providing administration support as required.

Hours of work are
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
and the salary is
£12.60 per hour + bonus.

The Main Duties Of The Role Are

  • Handover of vehicle on completion, taking customer through the estimate and repairs.
  • Welcome all customers on initial arrival at reception.
  • Progress All paperwork as necessary for Courtesy vehicles check in and out process.
  • Identify Fast track jobs and follow the procedure to progress the repair as quickly as possible.
  • Assign loan vehicles where necessary and maintain records of car allocations.
  • Ensure Company policy and procedures are followed on loan car administration.
  • Check incoming condition of load/hire vehicle informing customer of any relevant defects
  • Process Company and insurance documentation.

To Be Effective In This Role, You Will Have

  • Good understanding of modern vehicles.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Previous experience working in a driving role.

A Driving Licence Is Essential For This Role.
