What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate is able to present themselves confidently and professionally to both business clients and public customers. We are looking for someone able to contribute to the growth of the business, able to pro-actively make calls to our pre-existing business clients, and revitalise those who have not ordered in some time.

This role is primarily a client relations position and will be working in a supporting capacity with the Skinade Sales Team, based out of the Skinade Office Headquarters.

There is potential to progress in the company to become a fully fledged Skinade Representative working directly in Sales.

We are looking for an individual with a "can do" attitude, who will take ownership of their role as if running their own business.

Essential experience, skills, and qualities for the role:

· 2 years minimum experience in roles relating to Client Relations and Sales

· Confident, out-going, friendly

· Self-starter and strong work ethic

· Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities

· Strong communication ability (in person, by phone, and written)

· Able to memorise and accurately relay product specific information

· Candidates able to speak German, French, Spanish, or Italian to a business level will be favoured

Summary of responsibilities:

· Pro-actively call business clients in need of re-engagement with the brand

· Identify sales opportunities from enquiry emails

· Support the Sales Team by revitalising past clients, direct sales opportunities towards them, and process orders on request

· Understanding and maintaining the professional brand position and supporting Partnership Managers and fellow office staff in their sales and training activities

· From time to time there will be the opportunity to attend industry conferences and client events
