Events Assistant

I am currently looking for an Events Assistant to work on a project throughout October - December, you will be working for an extremely famous performance and afterparty.

Ideally events experience is ideal however they would consider a very strong administrator.

Hours for the role are 9.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday based in the office in Twickenham with some flexibility needed to work additional hours when required.

You will be required to work additional hours on 29th November - 2nd December on site in London with overnight stay on 1st December.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Assisting with ticket allocations to the performance and After show party
- Assisting with the distribution of tickets and relevant show materials
- Co-ordinating accommodation and travel for the team in the run up and on the day of the event
- Chasing copy and proofreading the brochure
- Assisting Event Co-Ordinator with the organising of the After show party
- Liaising with caterers for After show party and interval reception
- Attend site meetings prior to the event
- Managing and updating client/customer mailing lists
- General Office admin to include ordering of stationery, raising invoices and purchase orders etc

Hourly rate will depend on experience and will range from £11-16ph
