Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving meaningful change across global marketing operations? We're seeking a dynamic Director of Strategic Marketing Transformation to lead high-impact initiatives that elevate marketing capabilities, streamline operations, and unlock scalable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional marketing transformation programmes that align leadership, optimize investments, and accelerate delivery.
  • Champion agile, outcomes-based ways of working across marketing teams.
  • Drive strategic planning, performance tracking, and operational excellence in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee a team of project managers to deliver change initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to create a world-class operating environment.
  • Shape marketing portfolio investment strategies through data-driven insights and collaboration.
  • Facilitate annual summits, cross-functional meetings, and strategic reporting cycles.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in marketing, commercial planning, or strategic project leadership. Ideally experience in iGaming sector
  • Proven success in leading transformation within digital marketing or ecommerce environments.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership maturity.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and project management platforms.
  • A resilient, agile mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and inspiring teams.
