Our product range includes made-to-measure blinds and shutters, hand-stitched curtains, and a large selection of designer wallpaper and paints. We also offer upholstery services and solutions for outdoor living with products such as awnings, pergolas, and vertical screens. We have two large showrooms in Berkhamsted and Aylesbury, where our experienced team assists clients with both residential and commercial projects. We provide free home consultations with honest advice from designers and surveyors with over 40 years of industry experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time Sales and Admin role located on-site in Berkhamsted. The Sales and Admin professional will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing client appointments, and supporting administrative tasks. Duties also include coordinating with other team members, maintaining accurate sales records including quoting and invocing. The role involves direct interaction with customers in the showroom and offering product recommendations and solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Sales, with experience in Sales Management and Training
- Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the interiors and furnishings industry is a plus
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools
