**Customer Services Administrator (Part time)**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to join our busy sales team in Berkhamsted.

JMA UK are the UK's leading Key Cutting equipment suppliers. We supply a large range of Locks, Security and Hardware products, to the Locksmith and Hardware trades. We are a subsidiary of JMA who are based in Spain.

The role is a great opportunity in our customer service department, managing our customer relationships and problem solving efficiently to maintain high standards.

We are looking for a confident individual, who is proficient and polite on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing customers’ orders
- Taking incoming calls from our customers which may range from a product enquiry to delivery problem or taking an order
- Outgoing calls to our existing customers to build good customer relations
- General office admin duties
- Working with the Warehouse team to solve queries
Required Skills and Abilities:

- The ability to work and thrive in a busy office environment
- Good telephone manner
- Experience in an office call centre environment or similar
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Customer service experience
10am - 3pm (times can be flexible)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £12,903.00 per year
