We're a fast-growing cleaning & facilities company looking for a CIPD-qualified HR Advisor to support our staff across multiple sites.

Role includes:

  • Onboarding, inductions, DBS & right-to-work checks
  • Drafting contracts, letters & HR documents
  • Supporting sickness, absence & performance issues
  • Handling basic disciplinaries & grievances
  • Maintaining HR records (Connecteam/Breathe)
  • Assisting with recruitment & payroll checks

Hours & Pay:

  • Part Time Flexible Hours
  • Hybrid working once trained
  • £14–£18 per hour

About You:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)
  • HR admin/advisor experience
  • Organised, professional, confident with ER issues
