A fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the team of a global FMCG manufacturing company in Rugby.

You will support the site HR Manager by ensuring the effective delivery of HR policies and providing advice, guidance and support to line managers and employees.

This is an exciting role for a true HR generalist who is naturally engaging with the workforce and can support the wider business in driving positive change.

**The role**:

- Support HR Manager with the delivery of HR policy and guidance to managers
- Manage all HR administrative tasks and reporting processes
- Ensure managers have a detailed understanding of Employee Relations policies and support investigations, tribunals and union cases
- Provide ongoing coaching/support on all employee issues
- Co-ordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and development processes
- Support HR Manager with development of performance and reward processes
- Collate payroll data and liaise with 3rd party provider
- Contribute to strategic projects

**Requirements**:

- CIPD qualification
- Experience gained as a HR generalist in manufacturing / engineering / logistics / industrial environment
- Union experience advantageous
- Able to coach, mentor, influence and advise managers on all HR policies
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, confidence and energy
- Able to work autonomously in a busy environment and can hit the ground running straight away
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Improvement mindset
