The Role

As our new Digital Account Manager, you'll be the key link between our clients and our in-house digital specialists.

You'll build strong relationships, understand your clients' goals, and develop strategies that help them grow. Every day will be different — from running strategy calls and analysing reports to collaborating with our SEO, PPC, and content teams to deliver top-notch results.

This is a great role for someone who loves client management, digital strategy, and being at the heart of the action.

What You'll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, truly understanding each client's objectives.
  • Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and inbound marketing.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time, to brief, and on budget.
  • Manage reporting, calls, and performance reviews — turning insights into action.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and deliver even more value.
  • Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • At least 1 year of experience of SEO, PPC, and digital strategy.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Confidence with GA4 and understanding of campaign performance metrics.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience running full end-to-end digital campaigns.
  • Google Ads or HubSpot certifications.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or Teamwork.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript knowledge.
