**Digital Account Manager - Digital Marketing**

Nr. Northampton (Hybrid - Tuesday, Weds, Thursday in office)

£24k - £27k

This is an exciting, newly-created role for a Digital Account Manager to join a leading Digital Marketing Agency in Northampton. This is a Junior level role therefore we can consider Digital Marketing enthusiasts who would enjoy a client-services type position.

This is a highly successful Agency and SEO specialist agency who have been undergoing rapid growth over the last 5 years and as they embark on the next phase of their success story, including moving into Inbound Marketing and larger SEO retainers, they arelooking to expand their Client Services offering to maximise their Clients' experience and satisfaction.

We are therefore looking for a talented Digital Marketing enthusiast who has at least 12 months Digital Marketing experience combined with some experience in a customer-facing role, as this role involves reporting to clients on the success of their Digitalcampaigns, and building relationships.

As our ideal Account Manager you'll be a highly personable Customer Services specialist with a passion for the Search marketing industry giving you a good understanding of SEO, PPC, and Paid Media and how you use these methods to help customers increasetheir conversion and online sales.

Experience with Google Analytics, CMS solutions Marketo and Hubspot would be advantageous too, but most importantly, you're a Digital Marketing enthusiast with amazing interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
