Consult are excited to again be exclusively partnering with a long standing, highly respected client in the dental space to recruit a
UK & Ireland Sales Manager.
This is a high impact leadership role where you'll take ownership of a national team, drive commercial performance and shape the strategy for a fast growing market.
If you're a sales leader who loves being in the field, winning business yourself and leading from the front, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You'll Lead
Commercial Growth
- You'll own the number. Build the plan, execute it and grow market share across the UK & Ireland. You'll analyse trends, react quickly to opportunities and ensure your team is always two steps ahead.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach and elevate a team of experienced Territory Managers. You'll set standards, drive accountability, and create a culture where high activity and high performance go hand in hand.
Clinical Engagement
- You'll be the face of the business; building strong relationships with key clinicians, training centres and universities. Expect plenty of field time, meeting decision-makers and shaping education initiatives.
Operational Discipline
- From budgets to CRM compliance, you'll run a tight commercial operation and ensure the team is working efficiently, compliantly and in line with broader business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in dental sales, medical devices, or surgical sales.
- Someone who can build a strategy
and
execute it with urgency. - A natural people developer; confident coaching, motivating and holding a team accountable.
- Comfortable engaging with clinicians at all levels, including KOLs.
- Commercially sharp, energetic and excited by growth.
- Degree educated.
