Location: Hybrid – preference for candidates based in Southeast England (SE London / Kent / Surrey)
Industry: Insulation / Building Materials
Salary Range: £65,000 – £85,000 base + bonus + car + launch incentives
OTE: £95,000 – £120,000+
About PowerWool UK
PowerWool is entering the UK as a challenger brand in the mineral wool insulation market—backed by a successful North American operation and supported by a long-term supply strategy spanning Europe, and domestic UK manufacturing plans. We are building a senior sales team to launch and grow PowerWool across the UK, beginning in the South East.
The Role
The National Sales Manager will build our UK route-to-market, launch the brand into merchants and distributors, and create strong relationships with mid-sized contractors, installers, and specialist insulation distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead national sales strategy for PowerWool across merchants, distributors, and contractors.
- Set regional pricing, margin structure, and rebate programmes.
- Build a sales team (regional managers + inside support) within 12–18 months.
- Manage National Accounts:
- Provide market intelligence to shape stocking profiles and density mixes.
- Help shape UK logistics (FBA, regional warehousing, 3PL).
Ideal Candidates
- 5+ years selling insulation (mineral wool, PIR, phenolic, glass wool).
- Must have strong portfolio in the South of England.
- Strong contacts with distributors, contractors, and installers.
- High-energy, entrepreneurial, comfortable building a market from scratch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £85,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
