As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping strategy and driving execution of regional go-to-market programs. This role combines high-level planning with hands-on delivery, ensuring that initiatives align with broader business objectives while translating into measurable results. You will develop and execute programs that target new and existing clients across field and channel marketing, ABM, and demand generation, with the goal of creating new opportunities and accelerating pipeline progression for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and live events tailored to regional buyer personas and market segments, ensuring cohesive pre-, during-, and post-event strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion while optimizing cost per lead.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns with the goal of attracting new customers in the UK. Analyze campaign performance and provide proactive insights and recommendations to Sales and other key stakeholders.
  • Adapt global marketing content and campaigns for the regional audience, including tailoring assets for social media channels and ensuring UK website content reflects regional needs and messaging.
  • Partner with Sales and Partner teams to build and execute regional GTM plans, while serving as a key communicator and educator on marketing initiatives across global, regional, and local programs.
  • Proactively engage with Sales, Demand Generation, Campaigns, Product Marketing and Communications teams to manage, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including event venues and services, data brokers, digital agencies, and industry associations.
  • Develop marketing programs, such as ABM, and sales tools to support sales goals that may not be covered by the global demand program or are unique to specific segments, including monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage and support the execution of Origami-hosted events such as the UK Client Summit, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful planning, logistics, and on-site delivery.
  • Proactively research, source, and manage participation in relevant trade shows and industry events, in addition to supporting field sales teams with execution, speaking opportunities, and scalable event delivery in partnership with the Corporate Events Manager.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Inside Sales team, helping track results and serving as a consultant to improve outreach and conversion.
  • Manage our Executive Briefing Center; working with Sales to identify clients and build EBCs to increase win/rates and velocity of deals; working with our Chicago-based teammates to ensure quality execution.
  • Own regional marketing budget and reporting, including cost estimation, performance tracking, and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7+ years in events marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B technology services, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated regional marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and localize global content and campaigns to suit regional markets, with strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and website optimization.
  • Ability to partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive an overall Marketing strategy to help achieve business goals.
  • Experience in identifying and securing strategic trade show and industry event opportunities, as well as leading execution to maximize ROI.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global and regional teams, and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
  • Expertise in marketing best practices, automation platforms, buyer personas, and buyer journeys.
  • Proven ability to set goals, define KPIs, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in a client-facing role and in supporting senior sales leaders.
