We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Regional Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategies across EMEA & APAC. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and transforming teams to drive growth and operationalize vision into results, developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives within the insurance or financial technology sectors.

Working Model: Hybrid (Uxbridge office) or Fully Remote within the UK

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Director of Regional Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth (from new and existing customers), brand awareness, and customer engagement globally.  

You are expected to serve as a focal point for all marketing activities that support multiple regions & develop robust knowledge of the portfolio of products and services.

You will be responsible for the messaging and positioning for Sapiens product portfolio and services globally and will work closely with the growth marketing marcom, sales and customer success teams to promote lead generation and create cross-sell opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies aligned with overall company and regional goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support business growth and expansion.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand image and positioning within the assigned regions. Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and support lead generation efforts. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Drive inbound and outbound marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media, content marketing, and email marketing, to enhance the company's market presence and drive growth.
  • Supervise the development and management of regional events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our technology solutions, strengthen relationships with partners, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Lead marketing activities to existing accounts to strengthen relationships and drive up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Support sales in moving opportunities up the funnel towards closure. 

 Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles in global companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within the insurance, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills; proven experience having successfully managed high performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Global mindset with the ability to work across cultures and regions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
