Your Impact:
As a Regional Marketing Specialist at Deliverect, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts across various regions. Your expertise in implementing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns will directly contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately, Deliverect's growth in these vital markets. You will be instrumental in translating global strategies into impactful local initiatives, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience.
Please note, this is a hybrid position with 3 days in one of our European offices and 2 days working from home.
What You Will Do:
- Implement and track global and regional marketing campaigns across their entire lifecycle, from planning and asset preparation to execution and post-campaign analysis (approx. 40%).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, utilizing insights to continuously optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement (approx. 20%).
- Develop and localize marketing materials for diverse regional needs, including social media posts, blog content, sales enablement tools, and website content, ensuring consistent brand messaging while adapting to local nuances (approx. 20%).
- Plan and organize regional marketing events, including virtual and in-person events, partner meet-ups, trade shows, and Deliverect-owned events (approx. 15%).
- Assist the Regional Marketing Lead in building comprehensive regional marketing plans(approx. 5%).
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the global Marketing team, Go-to-Market teams, and Partner Managers, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with sales objectives.
- Manage relationships with external providers and partners, including media partners and agencies, to maximize reach and impact of marketing initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
- Fluency in German or French and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders in key regions.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign implementation, tracking, and optimization within the food tech, restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., events, content marketing, paid media).
- Experience with performance metrics analysis and campaign optimization, including A/B testing.
- Proficiency in developing and localizing marketing content for various platforms.
- Prior experience in planning and organizing regional marketing events (virtual and in-person).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
