Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist and Beautician to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cosmetology and barbering, with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise in various techniques, including hair extensions, color theory, waxing, laser hair removal, and makeup application, will help elevate our clients' experiences.

Duties

  • Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
  • Utilize techniques such as hair threading, straight razor cutting, and eyelash extensions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe salon environment.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling using salon software like MINDBODY.
  • Engage in retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
  • Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on best practices in hair care and styling techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Manage store operations efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere for both staff and clients.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a valid cosmetology.
  • Femail Salon lady required.
  • Strong understanding of color theory and various hair styling techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is essential.
  • Previous experience in mentoring or training new staff is a plus. Join us in creating beautiful transformations while providing outstanding service to our valued clients

Pay: £8,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
