Provide a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments.

Deliver exceptional client care from consultation through to finish, ensuring each guest leaves confident and satisfied.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, techniques, and products.

Recommend suitable aftercare and home maintenance products to clients.

Work collaboratively with the salon and education team to ensure a smooth daily flow and a welcoming environment.

Uphold salon standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.

Assist with training and supporting in salon apprentices when required.

Monitor client bookings and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Participate in salon promotions, content creation, and brand campaigns when needed.

Attend regular training sessions to develop technical and customer service skills.

Requirements

NVQ/Level 2 or 3 qualification in Hairdressing (or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years' salon floor experience as a qualified stylist.

Strong skills in cutting, colouring, and styling across all hair types.

Confident in providing client consultations and creating personalised service plans.

Excellent product knowledge and ability to recommend suitable aftercare.

Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering a high standard of work.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

A positive attitude with a genuine passion for hair and client care.

Willingness to continue learning and attending ongoing training or education sessions.

(Optional) Experience with extensions or texture release treatments is a bonus.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
