Duties

• As Senior Stylist and Salon Manager, you will:
• Deliver exceptional hairdressing and client experiences.

For the right candidate, we offer profit sharing and potentially a pathway to future ownership or business takeover.

• Lead, motivate, and develop our talented team.
• Oversee day-to-day salon operations, scheduling, and client relations.
• Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
• Maintain our high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
• About You

You'll be a confident and creative stylist with strong leadership skills and a passion for business. You have:

• 5+ years' experience as a qualified stylist (with colour, cutting, and styling expertise).
• Previous management or senior team experience in a salon setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A genuine desire to grow with a business and help it thrive.
• A proactive, hands-on approach - you lead by example.
