We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead occupancy growth and revenue performance across our luxury care homes. You will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, driving results while upholding our premium brand standards.

As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you'll coach and support our talented Client Liaison Managers (CLMs) to consistently convert enquiries into move-ins. You'll also partner closely with our marketing team to shape local campaigns and build strong community relationships.
With three new care homes opening in 2026, this is an exciting time to join Signature. You will play a key role in planning, launching, and embedding these new communities into their markets.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead Sales Excellence – Inspire and guide sales teams across multiple homes, ensuring alignment with Signature's objectives.
- Drive Occupancy Growth – Develop tailored sales and marketing strategies that maximise enquiries, conversions, and revenue.
- Build Community Connections – Engage with local healthcare professionals, referral networks, and community organisations to raise brand awareness.
- Support New Home Openings – Execute pre-opening strategies to secure deposits and ensure successful launches.
- Develop Talent – Coach, mentor, and grow our CLM team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyse and Optimise – Monitor KPIs, review performance, and implement initiatives to ensure consistent success.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with the Head of Sales and marketing colleagues to deliver cohesive campaigns.
As this is a Regional position you will be required to travel across our home portfolio as part of this role.

We're looking for an experienced sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Extensive sales management experience (healthcare or senior living preferred).
- A proven track record of driving occupancy and revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with a strong grasp of market trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools to manage performance effectively.

- Up to £75,000 per annum + bonus of up to 20%
