About the Role

An award-winning private dental clinic is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-end, fully private practice offering Cosmetic Dentistry, Specialist Orthodontics, Invisalign, Implants, and General Dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and service.
  • Manage patient enquiries, leads, and follow-ups effectively.
  • Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates in collaboration with dentists and specialists.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and finance applications.
  • Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, rotas, and appraisals.
  • Maintain compliance and manage CQC requirements.
  • Handle financial tasks such as invoicing and payroll (with support from external accountants).
  • Lead staff meetings, team training, and daily huddles.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and social media activities in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Drive performance through effective sales and KPI management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dental Practice Management (required).
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Confident managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Sales and target-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs.
