Your Role Will Include:

  • Enhancing our care home's atmosphere with your professional and friendly attitude.
  • Providing vital administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the home.
  • Playing a pivotal role in staff recruitment, retention, and training processes.
  • Assisting in the creation and management of staff schedules, ensuring the well-being of both staff and residents.
  • Contributing to our financial health through meticulous payroll documentation and fee management.
  • Engaging in meaningful HR practices alongside your Home Manager.
  • Overseeing daily tasks of ancillary staff and contributing to a positive, can-do work culture.
  • Collaborating in grounds maintenance and ensuring our home is welcoming and well-maintained.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care through regular service audits and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Leading marketing initiatives to highlight the exceptional care we provide.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 9.00am to 5.00pm, equating to 40 hours per week. A 30 minute unpaid lunch break will be included in your day, making your working week 37.5 hours.

  • A compassionate individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in technology - Excel, Word, Google Drive, Planday, PCS. – your ability to navigate these tools will be key
  • An organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and can meet deadlines with ease.
  • Someone with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
