The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a new development of 14 high-quality homes near Cowes, Isle of Wight. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a close-knit team on a prestigious new site from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively.
  • Maintain health & safety compliance across all site activities.
  • Coordinate site inspections and liaise with local authorities, building control, and the project management team.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and costs while maintaining accurate site records and reporting.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment on-site.

About You

  • Proven experience managing new build residential construction projects.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of Premier Guarantee (or similar) standards, current building regulations, and site safety requirements.
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and people effectively.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence.
